Update 1.2.3: New UI Animations / Polish

UI Improvements:

• Added and reworked the UI menu startup animations for a better experience.
• Improved the transition animation between the UI menu and the main menu for better visual consistency.

Visual Enhancements:

• Replaced the low-quality RNRC logo with a high-resolution version.
• Added additional text to the credits section.

Screen Ratio Fixes:

• Fixed UI anchoring issues on non-standard screen ratios (within reasonable scenarios) to ensure proper layout and alignment.
